Introducing Our “CONSTANTLY VARIED” series!
Like the name states, each roast is unique and will change as we continue to elevate the bar. The initial offering in the series and the bean you are currently holding is a micro-lot Columbia Caldas processed by Juan Felipe Aristizabal at his wet mill. This harvest has been fermented for 72 hours, then placed on raised beds in solar dryers to ensure the coffee dries evenly. Resulting in an Amazing cup with Cherry, Honey, Brown Sugar, and Bittersweet Chocolate tasting notes.
